A curious young girl follows the explorations of her capricious cat to a mysterious rose that captures her imagination and lures her with its fatal prick. Loosely based on the tale of Sleeping Beauty, this digitally composited and painted animation follows a deliriously surreal journey filled with entangling barbs, zigzagging webs, an exotic spinster, counterfeit mother, and babbling battologist.
